It's plenty of food, for both meals. (And sounds yummy.)

What a sucky sort of week. I'm glad Seth's back and things can go back to normalish.

If I'm not on the filter, I'm interested (but your choice, obviously).

Shabbat shalom!

Even without the potatoes? It's enough food? Really? Are you sure?
The week was really okay... I'm glad the work in the basement is done. I'm glad I was able to pull off working and dealing with Julian. I'm glad Julian isn't TRULY sick. I'm glad that this is not my TYPICAL week. I'm glad I was able to squeeze in the doctor's appointment. But mostly, I'm glad that Seth is home and I don't have to do this again for a while.

As for the filter, I'll make sure to add you (I'm not sure if you're on it now). I don't really care who knows what's going on in that regard...I'm pretty out of the closet about it, so to speak... but I also know it's not the kind of thing everyone really wants to read about, so I try to maintain a balance.

Even without the potatoes. Really. I mean, if you have a burning need to cook potatoes, I'd not stand between you and the stove, but everyone's going to be full as it is.

And I know it's not a typical week, but it's far more than I could cope with at once, all together. Any chance the next time he travels you could have a helpful houseguest over? :-)
(Btw, what happens if Julian needs things like antibiotics? Does he have to get shots?)

thank heavens, Julian only needed an antibiotic once. And that was right after we got him, when we could still occasionally get him to swallow medicine. But not anymore.

(The really insulting part is that he'll take medicine for his nanny if she bribes him with candy. I bribe him with candy, marshmallows, chocolate, TV, books, staying up late, cat torture, and the kitchen sink and he still refuses. The little rat.)

It's really a good thing that he has never gotten TRULY sick.

If he got truly sick, obviously you'd have to get the nanny to come over!
