yowzers - Karen's Musings
Random Rambling
Yowzers I'm in pain. But I hear I'm going to live.

This is good news.

I dragged myself off the couch for a couple minutes to open the door. I'm so glad I did, because it turned out to be flowers from Monica and Gail! Yay. Thanks to both of you, it really cheers my day. (too lazy to use lj tags... maybe I'll add them later?)

In other news, it seems that my brother is getting a divorce. He's been married about a year and a half. I'd have more details if my brother was speaking to me, but since he isn't, that's about all I know.

Must go sleep now. Very tired. Very ouchy.

Current Mood: calm calm

Glad you liked them. When you're feeling better, let us know what they looked like.

Re: Flowers

I always like flowers. I wish I were better at identifying them... There was one yellow daffodil, a few lilies (I think), some light yellow miniature carnations, a lot of flowers that look a little like snapdragons, but they're not snapdragons, and some of those purple crinkly flowers. Hey, I told you I wasn't good at identifying them!! It was a lovely mixed bouquet in a beautiful glass vase. Such a nice surprise.

Oooh. I love daffodils. They are so very cheerful!

Get better soon.

Re: Flowers

I forgot about the three pink tulips, which are very striking because virtually everything else in the bouquet is yellow or white (except for a tiny smattering of the teeney purple crinkly ones).

I love daffodils too.

I'm glad you enjoyed the flowers. I'm really fond of dafodils and tulips (and hyacinths... maybe that's what the little purple things were?) too.
