Family May 2012


I have a confession to make. And I know this makes me an embarrassment to the memory of my mycologist great-grandfather. And though I remain loyal to the joys of fungus amongus. But I don't like portabello mushrooms. Not even a little bit.

Since this week's produce delivery included two portabello mushrooms and I'd rather not throw them out, I need to know what to do with them. Grilling is not an option as my darling husband has not yet gotten new propane for the grill. (and yes, I could go get it, except I can't lift the darned tank-thing when it's full)
