Since sleep eludes me, I decided to use those Pilates DVDs that have been gathering dust on my media rack. I've just completed the Basics DVD and the 20 minute workout. All in all, about 40 minutes of Pilates. I'm modifying virtually all of the exercises to some extent because, well, I'm fat and not as flexible as those trainers. Still, though, I feel good. This is a good start. Now I just have to keep it up. Sigh.

I need to resume my abandoned Pilates habit.

Wow! Good for you! I'm still very much in "slug" mode with regard to exercise (minus,of course the 22 lb weight I carry around for most of the day >wink<)
