dentist?
does anyone on my friends' list know of or have a dentist in NW DC? I love my dentist, but he's not convenient to get to and having an appointment with him at this point would mean missing at least a half day of work, which I don't want to continue doing. A dentist in Silver Spring would also work, but I think I'd prefer it simply be someone in DC

Current Mood: blah blah

whahoo! That's not too far from me either; I'm on L between 16th and 17th.

I've started going to a really awesome dentist in downtown Bethesda. But I'm guessing you want something you can hit on the way to/from work, so that's probably not it.

If you want more info, let me know.

No, I don't. But reportedly, my Hub knew a dentist in Toronto named Killem.
He changed his name to Kellum.

I liked my dentist in Silver Spring (corner of Georgia and Spring St.). If that is more convenient than DC, I can provide contact info when I get home tonight.

Silver Spring would be okay depending on how early or how late the dentist does appointments. The appeal of a dentist in DC is that it's rare that I'm going to have a dental emergency on the weekend, so proximity to work is preferable to proximity to home, since I can take a break in the middle of a day for an appointment more easily than I can just simply take half a day off.
