You have GOT to be kidding me!
Another one of my teeth chipped. DAMMIT. Okay, so sorry to all you frummies out there who may be shocked by such vocabulary. But this is extremely aggravating (and painful!). And I do NOT have time to deal with this before Pesach and I cannot deal with this DURING Pesach. And basically, I'm NOT dealing with this.

PHOOEY.

(And my stupid ear hurts again, but that's almost basically normal at this point.)

Current Mood: aggravated aggravated

Can't you go see a dentist during Chol HaMoed?

I can, but there are issues of what they can do, as some of the materials they use may or may not be okay to use during Pesach. Personally, as far as I'm concerned whatever they'd put in my mouth isn't edible and my teeth are kinda important. But I'm very careful about Pesach. My Rav is away for Pesach, but there are lots of other rabbis in my community. I'm sure I can find one to help me figure out what to do if I can't take care of this before Pesach and it becomes too big a problem during Pesach.

My husband had a dental emergency during Pesach in our shanah rishonah. I don't remember the details, but I remember him calling the Rov and pharmacy, etc. Refua sheleima!

Dammit!!!!! ;)

Your teeth sound almost as bad as mine. My tooth chipped too, but it's not so bad and I have an appointment after pesach anyway so I will wait. My dentist is frum anyway so he doesn't work the whole pesach.
