Matey, I'm t' be asking why you cancelled the account? Arrr. I've been using eFax, and have had no problems with it. I've found it a very easy way to scan things. Arrr.

[Arrr. Why I t' be talking like this. 'tis Talk Like A Pirate day]

I was, indeed, aware that it was talk like a pirate day. But I'm not very good at talking like a pirate.

I cancelled it because I'd only gotten it for use with the shul banquet journal last year. I don't use the account and haven't for months. I begged them to cancel the account. LITERALLY. but they are sucky. I would have gladly returned to their service the next time I needed an efax account, but the fact that they make it so impossible to cancel an account really turns me off.

I have an old efax account I never use but it still works. It is free--why did you cancel yours??

Had it been free, I would not have cancelled it.

I guess they started charging for it. It was bound to happen.

Free accounts are still available but somewhat limited. I was using it for the shul banquet journal, which required a high enough volume (plus I wanted a local number) that I needed the paid account. I intended to cancel it immediately after the shul banquet, but it sort of never happened.
